NO AMNESTY FOR ILLEGALS!

Outline of Immigration Plan for Illegals!

Illegals should NOT be granted legal status, but instead need to earn it. Granting them legal status amounts to nothing more than rewarding people for breaking the law, and amount to nothing more than amnesty! This plan consists of 3 phases, Registered Status, Legal Status, and Pre-Citizenship Status. It provides a path to citizenship, grants legal resident status but not immediately, it imposes fines and provides consequences for not complying. Only those here prior to January 1, 2013 will be eligible for this program!

The first 2 phases would each be 6 years long! Illegals would have 6 months to initially sign up for Registered Status phases, which would cost $500 for anyone 18 or older and $300 for anyone under 18. Anyone who fails to register within the given time period, would become permanently ineligible and subject to deportation. Each person in Registered Status would have to re-register every 2 years, and pay the registration fees. Anyone who fails to re-register within the time allotted or has a felony or more than 1 misdemeanor convictions would become permanently ineligible and subject deportation.

The same fees and rules would apply to the Resident Status phase. After completing the Registered Status phase, a person becomes eligible to register for Resident Status phase, After successfully completing this phase, a person becomes eligible to register for Pre- Citizenship Status! The same eligibility and re-registration rules would apply, but only an initial registration fee. The length of time one remains in Pre-Citizenship status before being granted citizenship would depend on the number of people ahead of them, who had legally applied for US citizenship.

Cards would be issued identifying each person and their particular status.

No one registered in the program will be eligible for any governmental aid which receives any Federal funding, except children enrolled in school grades 1 thru 12, and will be required to have health insurance coverage either through an employer or federal or private exchange, but with no payment assistant. Anyone registered in the program is eligible to receive credit for time served or being served in the military or in having or pursuing a college degree at a rate of 2 for 1. Example: Someone who served 2 years in the military would receive 4 years of credit!
