The Obama Administration’s decision to delay the ObamaCare Employer Mandate from 2014 to 2015 is nothing but a political ploy to avoid losing voter support! This nonsense about concern for businesses is pure malarkey. Since when has the Obama Administration been interested in helping business, except perhaps to put them out of business!
Under ObamaCare any employee who works 30 hours or more is considered a full time employee. To get around this, many employers were planning on reducing part-time employees to 29 hour a week and citing the Employer Mandate as the reason for their actions. The Obama Administration did not want to face this kind of bad press during the 2014 midterm election, so they conveniently moved the mandate time to 2015!
Unfortunately, Congressional Republicans will probably be too busy "Illegal Hugging" to take advantage of this ploy!
